Cancellations & Refunds

Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred as “C&R Policy”) carefully before purchasing Courses, Aptitude Testing, Membership Programs, Articles, Videos, Study Material/Course Material/Self-Learning Modules (hereinafter referred as “Service”) using the https://www.ictrc.org website operated by Institute of Counsellor Training Research and Consultancy (ICTRC) Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “us”, “we”, or “our”).
Cancellation and Modification
To cancel a Service or to modify details provided in the registration form while enrolling for/purchasing a Service, kindly mail a cancellation/modification request to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email ID quoting the Service registration number.
Modifications will be processed only if the modification request is made 7 days in advance of the date of commencement of the Service.
Refunds will be processed only if the cancellation request is made 48 hours in advance of the time of commencement of the Service.
The fee paid, minus 500 INR / 7 USD cancellation charges (as applicable), will be refunded to your original method of payment.
If due to significant unavoidable circumstances, a Service needs to be cancelled by us. You will be entitled to full refund of the original amount paid for the Service. What constitutes a significant unavoidable circumstance will be determined at our sole discretion.
You will receive the credit within a few working days, depending on your card issuer’s / bank’s policies.
In the case of a Service that requires shipping of course material/study material/self-learning modules, the date of commencement will be considered as the date when the study material is shipped by the institute. Once the material is shipped cancellation/modification request for the Service will not be considered.
