Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred as “Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.ictrc.org website operated by Institute of Counsellor Training Research and Consultancy (ICTRC) Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Courses, Aptitude Testing, Membership Programs, Articles, Videos, Study Material/Course Material/Self-Learning Modules (hereinafter referred as “Service”) is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any services/products made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number/Contact Number, Correspondence Address/Permanent Address, Educational Qualification/Professional Qualification. This data may be used by us to render you the service purchased and, in the process, may be shared with subcontractors/other platforms.

The Service purchased shall be delivered as per the schedule mentioned for the same, unless rendered undeliverable due to significant unavoidable circumstances. In such situations the Service in question shall be rescheduled or cancelled as deemed suitable by us. If a Service needs to be rescheduled/cancelled, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice. What constitutes a significant unavoidable circumstance will be determined at our sole discretion. Refunds will be subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Mode of Delivery

Due to significant unavoidable circumstances, we may have to change the mode of delivery of a Service, weather from online mode to offline mode, or offline mode to online mode. In such situations, we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice. What constitutes a significant unavoidable circumstance will be determined at our sole discretion.

Content

Any documents and printed/non-printed material in the form of Articles, Course Material/Study Material/Self-Learning Modules, Graphics, Videos, Podcast (hereinafter referred as “Content”) that may be shared with you online or offline as part of delivering a Service, is our intellectual property, and may not be reproduces or shared without our consent.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us.

We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
