Intervention
It is essential to involve all stakeholders in order to reach organizational goals. The objective is to educate and onboard teachers, students, parents and even the non-teaching staff of the institution in order to elicit support and corporation in bringing desired change. These are not stand-alone workshops; we take an issue-based approach and implement appropriate training and sensitization sessions for all stakeholders.
